Hedwig O. Anderson

Hedwig O. Anderson was born in Sweden on June, 1905 and came to this country with her sister, Bernadine in 1925. Together with their brother, Robert, they engaged in the ranching business west of Douglas. Upon retirement she continued to live at the ranch home. Her brother preceded her in death.

Hedwig passed away at Natrona County Memorial Hospital on November 15. Funeral services were held November 18 at Lapham Funeral Home in Douglas with the Rev. Stepan officiating. Interment was in Douglas Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Joe Sullivan, Lloyd Bruegeman, Glen Edwards, Irving Carlson, Richard Burks and Ed Boland.

Left to mourn Hedwig's passing are her sister, Bernadine of Douglas and a sister and brother in Sweden.
