Baker Jr., Nat (Unknown - January, 1912)
Nat Baker, Jr., Dead.
Bill Barlows Budget - January 31, 1912A telegram received by J.T. Williams Monday afternoon contained the sad information that Nat, the son of Nat Baker had just died at Crete, Nebraska. The telegram was from the father who is prostrated with grief at the death of his son and namesake. Nat was attending school at Crete, and was one of the principal athletes of the school. His death was caused by pneumonia.
The remains will be taken to Moscow, Missouri, to be buried beside his mother who died several years ago.
Mr. Baker has the heartfelt sympathy of his friends in his trouble, who realize that Nat was a favorite son, and that the loss will seem to be greater than the father can bear.
