Mrs. A.A. Brunner Dies At Home
Douglas Budget - August 23, 1928Mrs. A.A. Brunner, widow of the late Charles Brunner, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. F.E. Read, last Thursday. She had come from Omaha but a few weeks ago to visit her daughter and was taken ill here. Mrs. Willa B. Hammond of Washington, D.C., another daughter, was with her mother here.
Mrs. Brunner was a native of Connecticut and was 86 years of age at the time of her death. She had frequently visited at the home of her daughter here and many friends will mourn her passing. She had been a resident of Nebraska for the last thirty-five years.
The body was taken to the old home at Rising Citiy,(sic)Neb. It was accompanied by Mrs. Read and Mrs. Hammond. Mrs. Hammond will go from Rising City to her home in Washington.
