Douglas Budget - August 21, 1992DOUGLAS- Services for Patricia Amspoker, 76, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at United Church of Christ/Congregational Church in Douglas by Rev. Merrill Lanker.
Mrs. Amspoker died Aug. 19, 1992, at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. She was born Sept. 9, 1915, in Douglas, the daughter of the late Godfrey P. and Lillian Mae (McDonald) Brow.
She was raised and educated in Douglas where she was a member of the Wyoming Pioneers Association and attended United Church of Christ/Congregational Church.
Mrs. Amspoker enjoyed gardening, fishing, reading and taking care of her home.
Survivors include her children, Thea E. Nuckolls of Hulett, Sherry E. Simd of Coeur D'Alene, Idaho, Bonnie A. Henson of Portland, Ore., and Seba D. Clayton of Waxahachie, Texas; and three brothers, Donald Brow of Riverton, Tom Brow of Douglas and Stanley Brow of Sterling, Alaska.
Also surviving are three sisters, Alma Tolle of Albuquerque, N.M., Wanda Collins of Green River and Mamie Collins of Vancouver, Wash.; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Amspoker, and two sisters, Eva hart and June Brow.
Memorials to either the Shriners' Hospital for Crippled Children, W-911 5th St., Spokane, Wash., 99200, or to the Arthritis Foundation would be appreciated.
The Converse Funeral Chapel of Douglas is in charge of arrangements.
