Douglas Budget - January 7, 1971Beulah Lucille Alexander died Monday, January 4, at the Casper hospital and funeral services will be held Friday, January 8, at 2 p. m. at Stark-Lapham Chapel with the Rev. E. D. Beard of the First Assembly of God Church of Casper, assisted by the Rev. Ernest Williams of the Douglas church officiating. Burial will be in Douglas park Cemetery.
Born Nov. 24, 1904 in Hastings, Nebr., the daughter of A. D. and Laura E. Fisher, she attended school in Nebraska until 1920 when her family moved to Douglas. She graduated from Douglas High School in 1925.
On July 21, 1926 she was married to Elbert Hugh Alexander and has lived in the Douglas area since that time.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Alexander is survived by her mother of Greybull; three sisters, Velma Githens, Greybull, Mrs. Virgil (Luella) Hamblin, Tacoma, Wash., Mrs. Marvin (Iona) Keely of Winfield, Kansas; two brothers, Floyd E. Fisher of Monteque, Calif., and George E. Fisher, Spanoway, Washington.
Pallbearers are Merl Beck, Paul Marler, Steve Henson, Jim Robinson, Bob Emery, and George Booth.
