William Borders Taken in Death
Douglas Budget - September 10, 1936William Borders, aged 75, died at the county lodge Saturday after an illness of two years. He had been a resident of this county for about 35 years. Born at Sullivan, Ind., October 19, 1860, he took up railroad work, but an accident incapacitated him for that line and he came to Wyoming and engaged as a herder. For many years he has been in the employ of Henry Reese.
He is survived by three brothers, Charles of Columbus, Neb., George of Gordon, Neb., and Mike of Georgetown, Ill.
Funeral services were held at the Hofmann Chapel Sunday afternoon and burial was in the Douglas cemetery.
