Gets Bad News Of Son's Death
Douglas Budget - March 25, 1926H.D. Ballard received a telegram on Tuesday telling him of the death that morning of his son, Rollin B. in Minneapolis. The death was caused by asphyxiation from monoxide gas, he having gone early in the morning to his garage to get the car and evidently started the engine in the closed garage.
Rollin B. Ballard was one of the most prominent men in the business life of Minneapolis. He was president of the Ballard Company and of the Twin City Investment Company and was interested in many other enterprises.
Mr. and Mrs. H.D. Ballard have gone to Minneapolis to attend the funeral of their son.
