Douglas Budget - December 30, 1915George M. Bradley, a pioneer freighter of the ante-railroad days in the Rocky Mouttain (Mountain) Region, is dead at Denver, aged 77 years. Mr. Bradley came to Colorado from Ohio before the civil war and engaged in mining and later freighting from Omaha to Denver. He fought in the Union army during the war and then returned to the freighting business in the west.
For a number of years he spent his summers on his ranch near Orin Junction and he was well known in this vicinity. His winters he spent in Denver. He is survived by a son, living in Buffalo, N.Y.
