Rancher From Glenrock Dies

George Beach, retired rancher and a native of this section died in Memorial Hospital at Casper on Monday after a lengthy illness. He was 70.

Mr. Beach was born on Casper Mountain Sept. 8, 1892 and operated a ranch for many years in the Boxelder Park area. He was a Navy veteran of World War I, a member of the Jessie Martin Post No. 9, American Legion, in Glenrock, and a member of Odd Fellow Lodge No. 24.

His wife died last Feb. 11.

Survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Lena Kazee and Mrs. Alice Key of Glenrock and Mrs. Annie Foster, Kellogg, Ind., and three brothers, Geo. E. Whittecer, Glenrock; Roy Wittecer, Granger, and Wm. Whittecer, Kirby.

Funeral services were held at the Community Baptist Church in Glenrock Wednesday, Oct. 3, at 2 p.m. Burial was in Glenrock Cemetery.
