Ball Wright, Margaret (Anders) (March 4, 1885 - June 29, 1964)
Douglas Budget - July 16, 1964Margaret Wright Ball was born March 4, 1885 at Creighton, Nebr., the daughter of William T. and Katherine Anders. She passed away at Lusk on June 29 of this year.
In 1906, she was married to George Watts Wright at Creighton, and in 1907 came to Lost Springs, Wyoming where her husband was the first depot agent.
In 1908 they took up a homestead one mile east of Lost Springs where she had since made her home, with the exception of three years when the family lived in Nebr.
Three children were born to this union-Wilbur F. Wright of Lost Springs; Dorothy Ruth, who died in infancy; and Margaret Dorothy Walsh, Manville, Wyo.
Mrs. Wright returned to Wyoming in January, 1920 as a widow with two small children. Later that spring, her brother August Anders joined her after having served in WWI and made his home with her until his death in 1932.
In 1927 she was married to Wallace W. Ball of Keeline and continued to make her home at Lost Springs. Mr. Ball passed away in 1941.
She is survived by her son Wilbur, Lost Springs; her daughter Dorothy Walsh, Manville; a step-daughter, Margaret Rippee, Wayne, Michigan; a sister Mrs. Wilhemina Watt, Norfolk, Nebr.; a brother John H. Anders, Orland Park, Illinois; sixteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
