BODY IS FOUND SUNDAY IN RIVER
Douglas Enterprise - July 12, 1921Coroner C.H. Hofman was called to Glenrock Sunday to look after the body of Andrew Braae, who was drowned while attempting to cross the Platte River on Saturday, July 2, at Stroud station, four miles east of Casper.
Andrew Braae was a young man, the son of John Braae of Cheyenne, who is employed as a conductor by the Union Pacific railroad. Young Braae had been employed at the CY ranch for some time.
The father had been near the scene of the accident for the past week assisting in the search for the body. It was found near Parkerton Sunday afternoon and taken to Cheyenne that evening where funeral services were held.
