A happy Christmas ended in tragedy for Archie Brady, Jr., 5-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Archie Brady, when the youth died from injuries suffered in an automobile accident 7 miles east of Casper Wednesday evening about 7:30 o'clock.

The youth passed away in a Casper hospital shortly after being taken there.

Occupants of the auto were Mr. and Mrs. Pete Jaegers and Merrill Fowler of Glenrock, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brady, Russell Ashmead, Edgar Todd, and Mr. and Mrs. Archie Brady and their son.

They were all taken to the hospital by two passing motorists. Mrs. Jaegers sustained a broken collarbone, and Mrs. Archie Brady was confined to the hospital for a short time.

The party was en route to Casper to attend a dance when the accident occurred.
