Mrs. Terry Cook, 68, well-known Douglas resident passed away at Slater nursing home in Denver, Nov. 5 after falling in health for some time.

Services were held in Denver at Howard Funeral home, Tuesday, Nov. 8 with Rev. George P. Cummings of Assembly of God church in Littletown, Colo. Burial was made in Crown Hill cemetery.

Mrs. Cook was born August 15, 1887. She has been pianist and active in many other capacities in Assembly of God church for many years.

Survivors include; one son, Frank Cook of Rocky Ford, Colo., one sister, Mrs. A.F. Knight of Denver; and two brothers, Robert E. Pilgrim of Colorado Springs, Colo., and LeRoy Pilgrim of Holden, Mo.

Her husband preceded her in death.

Those attending the services from Douglas were: Rev. and Mrs. Paul Marlar and children; Mr. and Mrs E.V. Wintermote; Mrs. Clarence Clark, Mrs. E.H. Alexander and Mrs. Edna Finney.
