Douglas Budget - December 23, 2009Funeral services for Gail Ann Coziahr, 52, were held Dec. 19 at Glendo Community Church with Jim Wilson officiating.
Interment was in Horseshoe Cemetery near Glendo.
Gail Coziahr died at her home in Saratoga on Dec. 14, 2009.
She was born Oct. 8, 1957, in Wheatland, the daughter of Walter Bruce and Nancy Joyce (Hanks) Haggerty.
She was reared and educated in the Wheatland and Glendo areas, and graduated from Glendo High School in 1976.
She was married to William S. "Willie" Coziahr on July 23, 1977, in Glendo. They resided in Glendo, Douglas (and Saratoga. She was a manager at McDonald's in Douglas, worked at the cemetery and as a part time clerk at city hall in Glendo, and owned and operated Log Cabin Quilting in Saratoga.
She enjoyed gardening and quilting and loved to fish.
She was a member of John Prince American Legion Post #15 Auxiliary in Glendo.
She is survived by her husband Willie of Saratoga; sisters Judy (Dennis) Marshall of Mitchell, Neb., Debbie (Greg) Wedlock of Fort Collins, Colo., and Sandy (Robby) Engling of Glendo; and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bruce, on Aug. 26, 2004; mother Nancy on June 11, 1991; and daughter Jennifer Lynn Coziahr on Aug. 2, 1994.
Serving as pallbearers were Mike Jordan, Jerry Hays, Todd Dysart, Gary Nance, Wayne Leach and Jim Eller.
A memorial to the Corbett Medical Foundation in care of Willie Coziahr, P.O. Box 883, Saratoga, WY 82331 would be appreciated by the family.
