Cundall, Jack (October 19, 1937 - November 5, 1993)
Douglas Budget - November 17, 1993Mass for Christian Burial for Jack Cundall, 56, was held on Nov. 9, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Glendive, Mont., with Father Lawrence Manion as the Celebrant.
Vigil for the Deceased was held Nov. 8, at the Chapel of the Silvermale-Silha Funeral Home in Glendive, with Father Lawrence Manion officiating. Interment was in the Dawson County Cemetery in Glendive.
Mr. Cundall died Nov. 5, 1993, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Miles City, Mont.
He was born Oct. 19, 1937, in Glendo, to John and Mila (Low)Cundall. He was raised and educated in Glendo, graduating from Glendo High School in 1955. He served in the U.S. Navy for four years. In August 1961, he married Dorothy Owens in Buffalo, S.D. He worked for Western Oil Well for 32 years and lived in Baker, Poplar and Glendive, Mont. He owned and operated the Lube Shop in Phoenix, Ariz., for three years and, due to ill health, returned to Miles City where he resided until the time of his death.
He i survived by his wife, Dorothy; one son, Stacey Cundall, and one daughter, Sandi Bierwagen, both of Portland, Ore.; his mother of Miles City; one brother, Harold Cundall of Roosevelt, Utah; two sisters, Linda Niedge of Miles City and Pat Eiker of Glendive; and one grandson, Kyle Luther Bierwagen.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Cundall in 1981; and one sister, Joann Bentz in 1985.
The Silvernale-Silha Funeral Home of Glendive was in charge of the arrangements.
