Cotter, Herder, Dies Suddenly

Douglas Budget - June 22, 1922

Sylvester Cotter, an employee of the Mountain Home Company, was stricken with a hemorrhage while herding sheep in Davis Park, sixty miles southwest of Douglas, and death resulted. He had been a sufferer from tuberculosis. Little is known of the man, but it is thought that he came to Wyoming because of his ailment. His mother and sisters reside in Ireland and a sister is living in California.

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at St. James Catholic church, Father Patterson officiating. Burial was in Douglas cemetery.
