Douglas Budget - April 22, 2009Funeral services for Mary Rozella Culver, 91, will be held on April 23 at 1 p.m. at the Life Center located at North Hills Baptist Church in Lingle, with Pastor Howard Roseberry officiating.
The casket will be closed.
Burial will follow at Forest Mound Cemetery at Jay Em. Rozella died on April 18, 2009, at Shepard of the Valley in Casper. Memorial contributions can be made to Forest Mound Chapel Board in Jay Em.

She was born in Winthrop, Iowa on Aug. 21, 1917, to Oscar and Margaret (Mallary) Holler. In 1924, the family moved to Wheatland, where she received her education and high school diploma in 1937. She moved to Torrington, where she worked at the telephone office for several years.
Rozella met and married Bob Culver in 1942 at First Baptist Church on Main Street in Torrington. The couple then moved to Guernsey in 1959 and to Douglas in 1978. Bob and Rozella moved once again to Jay Em where they retired in 1986.
Rozella enjoyed boating, living by the lake and her grandchildren. She was a member of North Hills Baptist Church and Prune Juice Gang Bible Study.
She is survived by three children and their spouses; Ray (Jane) Culver, Carol and (Bruce) Damrow, all of Jay Em, and Bonnie (Dave) Kenny of Gillette; 10 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, three sisters, one brother, one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
