Charles Caffey Died at
Douglas Budget - February 18, 1937Charles Caffey, aged 62 years, died in a Thermopolis hospital early today. He had been in ill health for many months. Last week he went to Thermopolis in the hopes that the waters of the springs would be beneficial, but they proved of no avail. Wednesday he was taken to the hospital, but died this morning.
Charlie Caffey was a resident of this county for nearly forty years. He lived on his ranch east of Douglas. He was a man of fine character, honest and industrious. He is survived by his mother, a sister, Mrs. H.R. Colt, of Long Beach, Wash., and a brother who lives at Portland. He never married.
According to present arrangements the funeral will be held in Douglas Saturday, with burial in Douglas cemetery.
