Interment was in Douglas Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Davis died Jan. 25 at Memorial Hospital of Converse County.
She was born Sept. 23, 1914, in Grand Island, Neb., to Harry and Fay Lillian (Gregg) Townley. She was reared and educated in Grand Island.
She married Lee Marlin Davis in Rapid City on May 9, 1938. They came to Douglas in August 1945 from Casper. They successively owned and operated Lee's Tavern and Trading Post and the Coast to Coast store. She then worked as a clerk at various stores in Douglas for many years.
She was an avid golfer and card player and enjoyed playing bingo. She was a 50-year member of the Order of Eastern Star, a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Douglas Community Club and Congregational Church of Christ.
She is survived by her many dear friends in Douglas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Lee on March 13, 1967.
Pallbearers were Tim Tillard, Marty Tillard, Ty Tillard, Vern Moore, Frank Moore and Parker Moore.
Converse Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
