Wesley Boyden, 73, a resident of Esterbrook community for more than 50 years, died Wednesday at his home after an illness of several years.

Mr. Boyden came to Esterbrook around the turn of the century and engaged in ranching. He had made his home there ever since. He was born Aug. 19, 1877, in New York state. A few years after coming to Wyoming-in 1906 he was united in marriage with Jennie Cooper, who survives him. Other survivors include two brothers, Everette and Lloyd, both residing in New York state, and a step-son, Ray Cooper of Esterbrook.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow (Friday) at the family home at Esterbrook and burial will be in the Newell cemetery at that place. Rev. Louis Gale of the Congregational church will officiate.
