Funeral services for Robert D. Brock were held Nov. 8, 1967 at Stark's Chapel with Rev. Clyde Thompson of the First Baptist Church officiating.

Known to his many friends as "Bob", he passed away Nov. 5th of a heart attack while on a hunting trip. He is survived by his widow, Betty Brock, 2 brothers, Bill Brock of Billings, Mont., Tom Brock of Lewis, Colo., and a sister, Margaret Walters, of Titusville, Fla.

Mr. Brock was born at Fairbury, Nebr., Jan. 2, 1908, and had lived in or near Douglas for 51 years.

He was a member of the Ashlar Lodge No. 10, A.F. & A.M., and Woodbine Chapter No. 18, Order of the Eastern Star.

Mr. Brock operated his own business here for many years.

Pallbearers were John Fillis, Jim Willox, Floyd Bartling, Clarence Haslam, Don Meyer and Jack Cowger.

Interment was at Douglas Park Cemetery following graveside services by the Masonic Lodge.

Funeral services for Bob Brock, longtime Douglas resident, were held Wednesday, November 8, at 2 p.m. at Stark's Chapel with the Rev. Clyde Thompson officiating.

Mr. Brock died from an apparent heart attack November 5 while on an elk hunting trip south of Douglas.

Robert D. Brock was born at Fairbury, Nebraska January 2, 1908 and had lived here 51 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; two brothers, Tom Brock of Cortez, Colo., and Bill Brock, Billings, Montana; and a sister, Margaret Walters of Florida.

Burial was in the Douglas Park Cemetery.
